Meet the Founder
At the heart of Alt Nottingham is Holly Delahunty, CEO and Founder. A full-time working mother of two, Holly brings over 17 years of operational and management experience working with children and families across alternative provision, safeguarding, and SEND. Her leadership is grounded in lived experience, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to doing things differently — and doing them well.
Holly founded Alt Nottingham in 2025 with a clear vision: to create a provision where vulnerable learners are not just protected, but empowered. Where staff are equipped, policies are purposeful, and systems are built to serve real people in real contexts. Her approach blends operational precision with emotional intelligence, ensuring every decision reflects the values of safety, inclusion, and accountability.
