Building Routines That Work
At Alt Nottingham, we believe that consistent attendance is a key foundation for progress, wellbeing, and long-term success. We work closely with learners, families, and external agencies to promote positive attendance.
We monitor attendance daily, respond swiftly to concerns, and offer tailored interventions to support re-engagement. Every learner’s circumstances are considered with care, and our team is committed to working in partnership with families and external agencies to remove barriers and build routines that work.
Report an absence
To report an absence, please contact the provision office by emailing holly@altnottingham.co.uk before 9:30 am on the day of the absence, reason for absence and expected return date.

Students are expected to attend the provision on their confirmed days and arrive on time.

Provision day starts at 9:30 am and ends at 2:30pm Monday to Thursday.

Provision day starts at 9:30am and ends at 1:45pm on a Friday.
