Every member of staff is trained to recognize, respond to, and report concerns with confidence and care. We operate clear protocols for child protection, online safety, peer relationships, and professional conduct — ensuring that safeguarding is embedded in every aspect of our provision.

We work closely with families, local authorities, and external agencies to ensure joined-up support and timely intervention. 

 

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and deputies are accessible, accountable, and proactive in maintaining a safe environment for all.
